Reusable techniques and cross-cutting observations that apply across multiple crosswalks, rather than to one concept alone.

• crosswalk-runbook.md — Crosswalk Runbook (step-by-step: admission check → sourcing → template → self-check → commit → batch review; leads with a governing principle — a crosswalk maps the territory, it does not judge it, with a symmetric check against manufacturing false uncertainty — a reviewed-eligibility criterion (core in ≥1 source, per ADR-0021's already-defined sense, verified against an authoritative source is sufficient, extending ADR-0021's existential core-placement logic), an off-ramp for when verification shows a candidate isn't distinct — now tightened to require a source's own explicit alternate/equivalence assertion, not an XwkOnt-side read of overlap — and a lesson-learned note against pre-ranking unverified candidates by "evidentiary strength")
